If You Feel Stuck
30-Minute Override Rule
If a step cannot be completed within 30 minutes:
- Reduce the required output by half
- Complete the reduced version immediately
- Proceed without revisiting the original requirement
Stalling is a signal to shrink scope, not stop.
Invalid Execution
You are not following the system if you:
- Refine prompts
- Add examples
- Combine multiple paths
- Seek reassurance
- Delay action to learn more
- Wait for clarity, confidence, or motivation
If any occur, restart the current chapter and execute again.
Choosing Options
An option is invalid if it:
- Requires explaining why it is valuable
- Depends on future learning
- Assumes attention, audience, or permission
- Feels exciting or impressive
If unsure, discard it.
Expected Discomfort
After elimination and before traction:
- Discomfort increases
- Confidence drops
- Identity feels thinner
This is removal of excess.
Do not analyze it.
Proceed.
Using Distribution Correctly
This system tests existence, not popularity.
Interpreting Signals
- No response → exposure too low or unclear
- Confusion → message unclear
- Interest without action → exchange misaligned
Silence is data. Not judgment.
When to Re-Run the System
Re-run only if all are true:
- Executed daily for 14 days
- No steps skipped or modified
- No external response occurred
Do not re-run emotionally.
Do not re-run sooner.
When Support Applies
You may contact support only if:
- An instruction is technically unclear
- A step is structurally ambiguous
- Two rules appear to conflict
You may not contact support for:
- Motivation
- Reassurance
- Validation
- Feedback on decisions
- Confirmation you are “doing it right”
